Right now, we're zoning in on three big topics:

3. Habits.

For the first two, we’ll dive deeper in our Wednesday marketing newsletters.

But since it’s Sunday, let’s gear up for the week with a focus on habits.

A motivational boost to get you in the right mindset.

Why focus on habits? Let me share a bit of our story.

A couple of years ago, Freddie and I ran a property flipping business.

It was successful, hitting six figures, but boy, did we burn out.

Then, a car accident shook us up which was a huuuuge wake up call about life and what really matters.

That's when we came up with the idea of the Healthy Entrepreneur Club.

We didn't want to chase success at the cost of our health.

Life’s too precious, right?

With Freddie’s FTSE 100 business consulting knowledge and our joint fitness background, launching this was a no-brainer.

And it took off!

Here’s the deal: a Healthy Hustle doesn’t mean balancing work and life perfectly.

No such thing for us entrepreneurs.

It means:

> Knowing when to hit the gas and when to ease off.

> Recognise your burnout signs.

> Know when to push.

> And when to take a breather.

Entrepreneurship is a series of sprints, and to keep up, you’ve got to keep your cup full.

Now back to the habits: we're all about creating ones that are sustainable and fun.

We’ve actually got pretty good at this:

  • Carrying a water bottle everywhere.

  • Going to the gym five times a week.

  • Walking 10k steps whenever possible.

  • Sticking to a fairly balanced diet.

  • Making sure date night stays work-free (as much as possible lol).

So, as we gear up for another awesome week, let’s make sure our focus isn’t just on what we're achieving, but how we’re achieving it.

Building these habits to craft a lifestyle that fuels our ambitions without draining ourselves.
