Reminder For Today:

"Success is the product of daily habits, not once in a lifetime transformations." - James Clear, Atomic Habits

In Today’s Issue…

  • Why creativity is essential as an entrepreneur.

  • How a solid routine streamlines your progress and reduces stress.

  • Introducing you to hygge.

Habits can make or break you.

They are the things that we naturally fall back on when all else fails.

For example:

If you make it a habit to eat healthy food, when you’re hungry, you will naturally try and find something healthy to eat.

It’s so important to make sure that the habits you embody are the best possible ones for you.

So.. here are x4 habits you can’t ignore. They literally changed our lives…

  1. Make time for creativity

Creativity inspires ideas, risks and purpose. If you don’t make the time to be creative, then you’ll continue to live the same day every day, with no changes and no growth. This could be going for a walk, meditating, or doing some self-analysis.

  1. Self-development

We’re talking literally levelling up your character. This is what separates the average person from a great person. Whether that’s reading a book or listening to a podcast.. make it a habit in your life.

  1. Have a routine

If you don’t think you need a routine, you may not realise but you may have already been assigned one by society. A good routine prevents overwhelm as you progress towards your goals.

  1. Don’t wait until tomorrow

It’s such a bad habit to get into - “I’ll reply to that message tomorrow”, “I’ll fix that glitch tomorrow”. Problems tend to compound, so if you can fix it ‘now’, then do it.
