In 2023 we began to alter the way we approached business.
For a long time, it was very traditional with what we did and how we were growing.
But in the middle of the year I thought, to heck with this!
I want to empower people, I want to change people’s lives using all the skills I have learnt over the last 10 years!
Since then, I’ve grown a loyal following and helped numerous businesses to become movements themselves.
My mindset changed, the power of my words quadrupled and people began to flock to us, to ask how we were doing it.
This is exactly what I want you to feel..
To turn your business into a movement in 2024 you need to change your mindset and empower yourself!
Ask yourself:
Who can I help?
What do I have to give?
What’s the bigger picture for the next 3-5 years of my life? If £100k excites you, that’s great, but I’d bet that £1m excites you a whole lot more!
Then think of this: who can I empower?
For me, I know I can empower entrepreneurs on their journey. I know when they come to me they’ll grow, because I’ve done it, I’m doing it and I believe in it.
Why should I empower them? What’s the end goal for them?
Only once you’ve answered these questions can you begin to build out your movement by giving value, creating a community and elevating yourselves together.

💡I listened to an episode of the Diary of a CEO podcast with Dr Robert Waldinger, a Harvard professor and happiness expert. He said that happiness has been in decline since 1990 and that we need struggle in order to find happiness and the joy we seek. He talks a lot about the progress we make being the true source of happiness and the destination can actually crack our perfect picture of what we were building towards, which is why a lot of the joy from a holiday actually comes through the anticipation before it. This is a great episode and highly relevant to building a movement around your business!
💡Elon Musks AI company looks to raise $6bn from Hong Kong to compete with the Microsoft backed Open AI (ChatGPT’s company). The war to dominate the world of AI is only just beginning and something cool I found this week is Coachvox, where you can create an AI version of yourself to coach people. Whilst I don’t think this will take over the world of coaching, I do think that to help you respond to client enquiries more quickly, this is a great option!
💡I’m really cracking on with Steven Bartletts new book at the moment and on the way to a client meeting in downtown Dubai this week I listened to his explanation of habitualisation. Effectively, how we zone information out as it becomes too familiar, but importantly, how crucial it is to keep a level of familiarisation in our marketing. TLDR; don’t do the same things all the time, but allow people to be magnetised by some level of familiarity they can expect from you.
