Daniel Priestley’s Advice:

Go on Podcasts in 2025

TLDR: Words from the man himself: If you’re not using podcast guesting to grow your authority in 2025, you’re being left behind. Here's how to use it right.

On The Diary of a CEO, Daniel Priestley shared something simple but huge:
“Founders who consistently show up on podcasts will have a clear edge in 2025.” (Listen here)

And he’s right.

Here’s why podcasting is incredible (& how it helped us grow our business from 0-6 figures in 1 year):
→ Long form = trust (people hear you think in real life)
→ Conversations = credibility (way deeper than a Tweet)
→ Discovery = snowball effect (you reach audiences already warmed up)

The Echo Engine flywheel works like this:

  1. Go on top niche podcasts that match your brand.

  2. Repurpose each episode into 30+ pieces of content (LinkedIn posts, reels, carousels, quotes, newsletters, blogs).

  3. Mention and backlink the episodes in your content and profiles.

  4. Get invited onto bigger podcasts organically.

You go from “just another founder” to “everywhere I turn, this person pops up.”

This sh*t works… Here’s a real example:
One client we work with landed nine podcast guest spots in Q1, continues to go viral on LinkedIn, and has a calendar full of sales calls booked.

👉 Podcasting isn’t just content - it’s leverage.
