Reminder For Today:

"Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean me first, it means me too. It’s not only good for us; it’s good for business. Our productivity and effectiveness are profoundly affected by our health and happiness." - Arianna Huffington

In Today’s Issue…

  • 9 daily habits that shape your personal brand

  • One of the best personal brand books you’ll ever read

  • Let’s start the week off right…

First things first, personal branding is being tossed around like confetti at a wedding these days.

But what does it really mean?

While most agencies will tell you it’s all about your content, that’s only scratching the surface.

It’s much deeper.

And hey, we’re not called The Healthy Entrepreneur for no reason.

We’re all about building robust personal brands that not only give you more exposure but also rake in leads and grow your business.

And yeah, it all starts with your brand.. kicking things off with more exposure on LinkedIn by telling your story.

But, let’s park that side tangent for a second and dive back into the heart of personal branding.

You can’t build a house on cr*ppy foundations, right?

Likewise, you can’t craft a successful business or personal brand on rocky ones either.

It will just crumble.

It won't work.

That’s why we focus on both your business and your health.

Now, speaking of the less obvious stuff that shapes your personal brand.. stuff you’re probably not even aware of.

It’s not just about how you show up online. It’s also about:

  1. Friendly interactions with the public

  2. How you handle tough client emails

  3. Your attention to fitness and diet

  4. The way you give feedback

  5. Coping with mental stress

  6. Dealing with conflicts

  7. Your sleep routine

  8. How you dress

  9. Your downtime

All these are silent contributors that are healthily shaping your personal brand.

And believe me, there's a lot more...

But that’s for another newsletter :)

Read & Recommend:

Key Person of Influence by Daniel Priestley.

The Godfather of personal branding, an awesome guest on our podcast and an incredible mentor.

About the book:

“Every industry revolves around Key People of Influence. Their names come up in conversation. They attract opportunity. They earn more money. Many people think it takes decades of hard work, academic qualifications and a generous measure of good luck to become a Key Person of Influence. This book shows that there is a strategy for fast-tracking your way to the inner circle of the industry you love. Your ability to succeed depends on your ability to influence.”

Sunday Thoughts:

  • When you realise your time and energy hold a lot of value, you start being more intentional with how you use it, which ultimately affects your happiness.

  • Keep surrounding yourself with negativity.. and you’ll feel negative. Put your energy and time into positive people and places, and then watch what happens.

  • You are not your mistakes. You are not your bad days. You are human. And it’s how you navigate them that’s important.
