TLDR: Most people post their episode link once and move on. Here’s how I squeeze 30+ pieces of content from every appearance — and why it compounds over time.
The 30x content squeeze:
One episode = a sh*t ton of leverage. Here’s my breakdown:
1. 3–5 short video clips.
Think 30 secs punchy reels. Micro moments that hook attention.
2. 2–3 quote graphics.
Strong opinions. Big lessons. Something shareable.
3. 1–2 carousel posts.
Expand a juicy story or framework you shared in the episode.
4. 1 newsletter.
(Not just a recap. Pull out a new angle that makes people think differently)
5. 5–10 micro text posts.
Snippets of advice, counter opinions, client examples you touched on.
6. 1 downloadable freebie seed.
Turn the best lesson into a lead magnet to build your list.
Demand Sage shows that repurposing multiplies reach by 500%+ compared to just posting once.
When I first started my podcast, I thought more episodes = more growth.
Nope.
It wasn’t until I got disciplined about repurposing that things moved.
One interview → one LinkedIn post → one DM → one client.
All from one moment someone connected with.
That’s the engine most people miss.
👉 You’re not short on content. You’re sitting on gold you forgot to mine.
