Podcasting feels like it’s gone down the toilet

Fancy mics didn’t build my $3B podcast network

This is probably going to annoy some people…

But podcasting feels like it’s gone down the toilet lately.

Everyone’s obsessed with the perfect mic setup, viral clips, and follower counts that look good on paper.

Sure, production helps. But that’s not what builds long term leverage.

When I started, I didn’t have a playbook.

Just a $30 mic, dodgy WiFi, and a small apartment in Dubai where I recorded casual conversations with entrepreneurs who inspired me.

I didn’t have the awesome studio set up I have today… or the team to help me behind the scenes.

But what I did have was curiosity and the willingness to build connections before I cared about downloads or going “big.”

Fast forward to now:

I’m on a world tour recording episodes in person with some of the most interesting people in business… and right now, I’m in London for a packed week recording 12+ episodes.

This evening, we’re revealing the first 3 guests on our podcast Instagram.

(Check back HERE in a couple of hours to see who they are!)

The network I’ve built through the podcast now reaches over $3 billion in combined net worth.

Not because I obsessed over gear… but because I obsessed over people.

You need depth.

You need GOOD conversations.

And you need to stop worrying about what people think of you, and start focusing on who you're talking to.

Remember, momentum builds in silence.

There’s no quick hack, pill or cheat code like some scam artists might try and sell you.

If you're trying to turn podcasts into actual revenue (without feeling like a weirdo sliding into random DMs) reply with “WEIRDO” and I’ll send you details on how we can work together.

Remember: This is all about audience growth at scale and how using a podcast funnel correctly can make you $500k in your first year.

Cheers,
Freddie
