Start the year off right, with eyes on your business!

I’ll keep it short this week

I always think this can be a super overwhelming week to come back from a break into, so I’ll just give you what I think would be helpful.

To grow your business this year amongst all the competition, you need to stand out. You can do that through story telling and this weeks podcast (link below), plus an interview I did last week explains how you can get started doing that.

But here’s the top level:

Write down the answers to these questions and then take action.

Find your voice - what do you want to be known for? Who are you? Why are you credible? What problem do you solve and for who? How did you get to where you are now?

Visibility - where do you want to be seen? What formats are you willing to produce content in? Where are your ideal clients? What content do you consume? How can you add value to someone?

Value - what is your movement going to be around? How can someone spend money with you? How does someone go from a viewer to customer? How do you transform some ones life? How can someone get more value from you?

Finding your voice is hard and most people skip that step - so spend time doing that for sure! We offer 2 hour workshops to help you get clear on it, if you’re interested!

Getting seen is tough, because you need to demonstrate your voice in a way that people in this day and age will want to consume, but it’s not impossible! We can help you with that, just reach out!

Value - this is the key! You don’t need a big audience if the value you offer is clear and has a high return on investment. A few thousand followers online is all you need to make a hell of a living. Get clear on your offer by breaking down everything you do for someone and then rebuilding it in a power point, creating a new slide for every step someone might pay for.

For example, we manage the LinkedIn accounts of some high level people, but before we start we do a 2 hour session to find their voice and value. So I would break that up into two separate valuable offers and present them as separate if I want to, which I just have to you!
