I still remember sitting in a tiny apartment with terrible WiFi, crafting my first half decent LinkedIn post and wondering if anyone, anyone at all, would care enough to read it, let alone buy something from it.
I knew I had something that could genuinely help people… IF I could just get it in front of the right ones.

So I’m going to explain how in this email today.
It’s a system we’ve built, and now live by, that connects podcasts, trust, and sales all in one place.
Here’s what it looks like:
It starts with positioning.
Not in the “what’s your niche?” kind of way though. I mean crafting a message that speaks super clearly to your ideal client that they feel like you’re inside their head.
Then comes the podcast content.
We lean into podcast style content, whether you’re running your own show or guesting on someone else’s. The point of this is to BORROW TRUST. Because when you’re seen in conversations with people they look up to, something powerful happens = their trust in you accelerates.
And once that content is posted on LinkedIn in various formats… THAT’S where it all kicks off.
You’re no longer the expert hoping to be noticed. You’re the person who already feels credible the moment someone lands on your profile. The one who’s clearly done the work. The one they now want to learn from, or buy from, or both.
But here’s the part most people miss:
Without a backend system, none of that matters.
You need a sales system.
This is how we’ve built a business that runs from anywhere. One that follows us across time zones, across countries, across whatever Airbnb happens to have a good enough desk setup and decent coffee.
We’re now coaching a small group of founders, consultants and coaches build this same system from scratch… and make it their own.
