Why no one engages with your content

And no, it’s not the algorithm’s fault.

TLDR: You don’t have an engagement problem. You have a clarity problem. Here’s how I help fix it ..with a system that’s still evolving, but already generating millions of views and hundreds of leads.

Hi, I’m Antonia. I run the systems, the strategy, and everything behind the scenes of this podcast and business.

I sit in on 99% of our podcast interviews.
I build the repurposing plans.
I oversee the team.

And I’ve helped our clients get millions of views, hundreds of leads, and now we’ve even got well known founders asking to come on our show.

The weird part is that some clients get all this attention... and freeze.
They literally don’t know what to do with the traffic.

That’s where the Echo Engine comes in.

It’s the system I built with the team (and am still refining every week) to make sure the attention actually turns into action.

It works & if you want to learn more, book a call with Freddie here.

Let me tell you guys a story…

Freddie used to wear this one stripy shirt to every networking event because someone once told him that “consistency builds personal brand.”

Like, yes… but also... no. I now have mild PTSD from seeing that shirt at 6am downtown networking meetups, and even worse - on live TV.

(Which is ironic, because we had Kelly Lundberg on our podcast recently and she literally said: “Never wear stripes on camera”)

You can catch that convo via the video at the end of this email.

Looking back, that shirt reminds me of the painfully inefficient networking we used to do…
Before we realised podcasting is 10x smarter.

We now teach our clients personal branding that’s deeper than wardrobe choices.
It’s about: Positioning. Story. Messaging. Distribution. Systems.

👉 If your content’s falling flat, don’t change your outfit. Change the system behind the scenes.

P.S. The shirt’s still in the wardrobe but I’ve hidden it.

P.P.S. Listen to the episode with Kelly below where Freddie and her talk about the dreaded shirt… ;)
